Flower Delivery in Merklín from a Nearby Florist

Merklín lies between Přeštice and Staňkov, and the Merklínka stream runs through the village. The first written mention of the village dates back to 1356.

Merklín Castle was created around 1670 by rebuilding a fortress. It is a four-winged, two-storey building with an enclosed courtyard and a park. St Nicholas's Church is a Gothic building altered in the Baroque style, while the evangelical Hus Chapel of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren dates from 1931. Near the village lies the Merklínský rybník, an approximately 35-hectare pond with a green walking trail running around it.
